Like all of our services, we start with a Strategy Call. During this call, we will learn what you have been doing on your social media channels, what has worked for you, and what your brand voice is. Once we have this information, we can create our social media strategy.

Our goal with this strategy is to increase engagement, add followers, and create consistency. We do this with a combination of interactive posts, videos, giveaways, campaigns, and stories.

On average, we post between 3-5 times per week on 2 platforms. This gives your page consistency and allows you to post any in-the-moment content that we are not there in real-time to capture.

Every month, we have a 1-hour strategy and review call with our social media clients. During this call, we review engagement, growth, and what worked or didn’t work from the previous month. After our review, we discuss any upcoming promotions, events, or specials that we may need to focus on and present our content calendar for the upcoming month.

We take care of the majority of the creative work, so you don't have to worry about it. What does this mean for you?

It means we handle the copy and schedule times to come in and take pictures. However, sometimes we will need your help in snapping a shot of a project you're working on or an in-the-moment shot that we aren’t there to grab.
