Our reputation management software is seamlessly integrated into our CRM. Once you have a happy client, requesting a review is simple: go to the reputation tab, select their name, and send the request.
When you sign up with On Deck Marketing's CRM, you have two options: “Do it Yourself” or “Done for You.” During setup, you'll create your SMS and email copy for the initial review request, as well as several follow-up messages.
These emails or SMS will be delivered to your satisfied customer over 7 days or until they leave a review.
